If you do not have a FRN, you must apply to the FCC to receive one before you come to the exam.<\/strong> To apply for a FRN, visit the FCC&#8217;s log-in page (https:\/\/apps.fcc.gov\/cores\/userLogin.do) and the FCC&#8217;s Registration Information Page (https:\/\/www.fcc.gov\/new-users-guide-getting-started-universal-licensing-system-uls).
